customer service was great. i got an appointment right away. the service man came right on time as scheduled. he diagnosed the problem and made suggestions. i'm still waiting on the quote and since the actual work of fixing the AC is not done i cannot give them a 5 star but they certainly have shown to be reliable and punctual!

Called late in the afternoon with an ac issue and they showed up that very next morning. Turns out my compressor just needed a new fuse. Easy fix and was only charges 90 bucks.

After Coordinating with 2 HVAC companies. I made the decision to go with Advanced Heating and Air. They were honest when I asked questions about efficiency pricing and overall performance including warranty. They were professional patient friendly and I ended up saving almost a $1000 more compared with the other HVAC company, they also replaced all my vents. I would recommend them to anyone that's considering getting a new unit.
