Essential Catering provided the 3 course meal and canapes for our wedding (as the preferred caterer of our wedding venue). Not only was the food delicious with lots of fresh seasonal options, they were so well organised and professional and everything ran so smoothly and with perfect timing on the day. All the staff we met on the day were so warm, friendly and professional - they took care of us making sure we got food and drinks and even gave us extra dessert after hearing during our ceremony how much we both love sweets, which was so sweet and really made our day. Highly recommend Essential Catering for any event for delicious food and exceptional service!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Katrina and her team recently for my husband's surprise 50th birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the grazing table they created. It was stunning- beautifully presented, incredibly generous, and put together with care, thought, and attention to detail.Not only did it look amazing, but thequality and taste of the produce was exceptional. In addition to the grazing menu, I opted for a selection of cold finger food platters to add volume and they didn't disappoint. The goat's cheese tartlets were divine! Everything was fresh and delicious.Katrina was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We used Essential Catering for the grand opening of our new industry centre and they were brilliant! They were extremely flexible in the catering package and support offered and on the event day the team were prompt, professional and took care of everything from start to finish.
