I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical and dental procedures. My previous dentist was a hassle to deal with and brushes off concerns I had. Dr Dahms has terrific bedside manner. He’s confident in his knowledge & his work, and genuinely cares about what he can do for a patient based on. For me personally, I need all my teeth removed & he explained my options without judgement but with sincerity as to what exactly would make me feel most comfortable. Today I had an appointment for a permanent cap to be put on a tooth that previously required a root canal. Initially when Dr.Daub inspected the color of the cap he rejected it and insisted on having a new one made, even though I felt it not necessary. Perfectionist is the perfect adjective to describe him. While in the chair he found a tooth with a major problem. No issue, hesitation or the need to make a future appointment. My problem was addressed immediately and my tooth saved, also saving me from a possible extraction. Anyone would be lucky to have him to care for their mouth, as well as being a patient in his office. Everyone there, following his lead, is warm, attentive and most professional. As the day wore on I had some discomfort with a temporary cap it was a non issue for me to return and for Dr Daub to make me comfortable. He and the office are truly special. I feel totally at ease when anticipating a dental visit, and that sure is special. Less

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment on March 24, 2025. After that visit, I scheduled a teeth cleaning for April 8 at 9:15 AM. On April 4, I called your clinic to confirm the date and time of my appointment, and a man confirmed that I was booked for April 8 at 9:15 AM.However, when I arrived today for the cleaning, the woman at the front desk—who was the one who originally scheduled me—told me in a terrible tone that there was no appointment for me, and that I was supposedly scheduled for April 18 at 9:00 AM, which is not true. She spoke to me like I wasn’t even a person.Yes, my English isn’t perfect, but we clearly understood each other. The way she treated me was awful. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! Less

The final result of getting my tooth capped looks great & is fine so far after some issues with temps that were handled expeditiously, which I suppose is all one can expect. I do have a billing issue from my initial visits because Humana was unresponsive about my coverage and got billed for 2 missed appointments without being notified of same. 4/2/25I Was greeted by Anthony the office Manager. I've never been greeted by any office manager in any medical office.Usually in a dentist office you're greeted by the receptionist and dental assistant.Anthony wasn't dressed in any uniform and just looked like he was shopping at Wal-Mart, he even has a long uncoverd beard and in a Doctor's office an Emphasis on Hygiene and Professionalism is a must:Dental or doctors practices should prioritize hygiene and a professional appearance to ensure patient safety and comfort.Then the questions started, He asked me why did I come to visit the dental office, I explained that I needed work to be done and I wanted to get a consultation. He kept asking the same question over and over, why I was there and I repeated because I wanted to get some work done on my teeth and I wanted a consultation, I guess that answer wasn't good enough for him and his body language changed and he started to get a little aggressive and belittle me. Then to deflect his aggressiveness then he started to say that I was being aggressive which is called "projection". I think if you're an office manager or any employee of any business you want to portray professionalism at all times which he surely did not. He said that I started being aggressive when I asked a legitimate question as to why they needed my social security number and my driver's license when I haven't engaged them in any services yet. He Went on babbling saying "doesn't your hospital , doesn't your Doctor, doesn't the lawyer have your social security number? " Obviously if I've engaged in any professional services they might have that information.Then after this ridiculous altercation like a baby he said he wasn't going to take my x-rays and the dental assistant would take them.After this very unprofessional approach I decided to leave.I've run a successful business in South Florida for over 27 years and pride myself on great customer service, I have never treated a customer the way I was treated in coastline dental. The doctors might be good but I think that the owners of coastline should have a sit down with Anthony and encourage him to not take things personally and be more professional in his appearance and approach handling potential patients.Anthony cost this office to loose around $25,000 in services and a bad review. Me and my family have been searching for a new dentist…. Chose this establishment because it’s close nearby…. I had a situation where I had to have 14 year old daughter chipped tooth fixed… I got worked in so they could fix the tooth which they proclaimed…. Everything at this point seems fine….. I said take x-rays and we can see if she has any cavities at least…. Surely after the lady comes out and says my daughter has eight cavities and she’s got a paper in her hand that’s roughly for about $8000 …$700 for me out of pocket… when I first came in another gentleman said yeah we need to get you signed up as well and this lady has a bill for eight cavities in front of my face…. (Here’s the kicker)… I say I’d like to see the cavities and she only shows me photos of the teeth I say I’d like to see x-rays she clicks over to the x-ray she says the x-rays are fine but clicks back over to the regular picture photo…. I state I’ve never booked taken care of a cavity without seeing x-rays… she bounces back over the x-rays look fine but as you can see on these photos there’s a little bit of staining in the valleys and those are cavities that are beginning and we need to get those immediately…. And again everything seemed fine until this point and the lady is a little bit pushy about booking the appointment…. Something just didn’t seem right so I said no I’ll hold off… she seem disgruntled she tells my daughter to come out here and let’s talk about booking…I simply just stated I can’t book the appointment right now I didn’t give a reason I could’ve had to work who knows…. So we leave my daughter gets outside she said she never fix the chip tooth…. Anyway a child has never had any cavities she’s 15 years old and they tell me that she has eight cavities…. I took her to another dentist didn’t tell them anything about what happened my daughter has one cavity and another just beginning…. Who books x-rays of regular photos it just didn’t seem right to me and the pushiness.,.. so the dentist where I had the (same) x-rays looked at the same ones that they took the dentist notified me that my daughter who is 14 they took for adult x-rays… again only when you’re an adult so they took advantage of the situation and my ignorance to charge me heavily on the x-rays… also I was informed at this point as far as my insurance my daughter can’t get a full mouth x-ray for five years…. I guess dental insurance only allows those occasionally but they took the opportunity to do that…. I’ve never written a Google review in my life but I just thought I should put this on here and beware of these guys!…. Again why did you take full adult x-rays of a 14-year-old girl???? Less
