I found this with Connection, specifically with Monika and Jennifer as my account manager and my concierge caller. In just under 2 months of being part of this program, I've gotten messages from my clients that range from, "great to hear from you; we're good for now, but we will be in touch and refer if we know of anyone," to "yes, let's connect, perfect timing." They have booked 17 appointments, of which 5 (so far) have turned into applications. They have an amazing system to help keep me organized with the leads so I can keep track of my scorecard. Monika has been patient as I learn the system but wow, I am feeling fantastic about helping more clients than I otherwise would have. The system, the scripts, the steps in how they help you manage, is spot on. If you've got room to increase your business, wake up your database and shake some trees for some new business, then this is a good option to consider. Definitely recommend. Less

I am extremely disappointed with my service with this company. As a former mortgage broker, I was extremely excited to see that they were now helping out more than just mortgage brokers. I signed up for the initial meeting and it was great. A little pushy with the fact that I had to make a decision by the end of the day though. I chose to go ahead with the concierge and asked if I could possibly do the google leads as well. They said no problem and it was only an extra $1000 set up fee and $1000 a month for the google leads. When I went to pay, I input all my credit card info and then a video popped up to ask if I would like to add Google ads to my concierge program for only $500 a month (with no discussion of a setup fee). It was at this point I should have known that something was not right. I messaged the person I had been speaking with and she said she would confirm if I could get the $500 a month deal. They came back that I could.So, we started getting everything all set up. I honestly think I was the first Financial Planner that they have ever set up. Angel was so nice, but I felt like we were starting from scratch. Once everything was set up (almost a month later) I sent it to my compliance officer, and they said that there was no way I could use the concierge system. I could not have another company calling my clients. I get that this part was on me, but why did they not know this would not fly with the MFDA if they had others using their system. Compliance agreed that I could have the google ads though once everything was compliant.We started the google leads ad. They suggested I also speak with Chris and set up a meeting with him as they knew I was frustrated as I had already spent $4000 at this point with nothing to show for it.For this one meeting I received 17 notifications. 8 emails, 8 text and 1 phone call reminder. This just showed that their system doesn’t work properly, and I worried that my clients were getting the same thing. When I met with Chris, I was a little perturbed that he didn’t even know why I was meeting with him. I let him know everything that was going on. He agreed that he would stop charging me until we saw some results.I let the ad go for almost a month. At this point I paused it as I hadn’t had anything happen nor had I had anyone communication after a phone call with someone after my meeting with Chris.It was at this point I went into my google ads and realized that they had changed my landing page questions to questions that didn't even make sense. The questions were asking about IRA’s and 401K’s. Things we don’t even have in Canada! Since they are from Canada, they should know this at least. I also realized that the phone number that people were directed to didn’t go anywhere and when I tested the landing page, no email ever came to me.At this point I was beyond pissed. I was done. They offered to have my google ads continue. They told me that they had been doing some testing for Financial Planners in Ontario and it was going well. I don’t know why they didn’t do this BEFORE they offered it to me. I told them no way would I continue. Almost three months and a lot of money down the drain, I am sad that it ended like this. I would not recommend them to any Financial Planners. Less
