Sam is professional and really knows his industry. He communicates well and is very responsive. He made the process of replacing my roof something I could feel good about. He took all the time needed to make sure I understood the various roof components, how they work together and that I was selecting the best color for the look of my home. The entire team was great and with Sam keeping me informed at every step, I couldn't have asked for more. Mid Con was doing a big roofing job in our neighborhood so I thought they might be familiar with our cement tile roof which had a leak over our back deck. I spoke with John in the office and he sent Caleb out the next morning!Caleb was able to correctly patch the roof- no shingles needed and said whoever had ytirr re d to patch it properly did a poor jobI believe he sealed it and do far no leak!Awesome service and prompt too!!Highly recommend!
