I went in for a cavity fill or rec to confirm endodontist I needed a root canal. Young Dr. Eckland refused to work on my painful cavity and insisted he take 18, 18! x-rays to do a full 'assessment' of my mouth and decide what HE wanted to fix first, whatever HE found more urgent.He told me my bite was off and I had huge teeth issues, more cavities, and I may not be able to afford to fix what HE felt was important, and that wasn't the cavity that was hurting me and I came in for.I found another dentist who told me he my bite was fine, most of my teeth were fine, and he'd never heard of a dentist wanting 18 x-rays to assess someone's teeth.

I've been through the dental journey at the office. The staff have been great at explaining each step, and making me feel comfortable in the chair. Everybody that has been a part of my treatment has treated me like a person and not a number.
