Liz, who runs the office is responsive, friendly and kind. Anthony took the lead on our installation and also came out to our house for an annual service visit. After two well-known HVAC companies in the area were unable to properly diagnose our issue and simply recommended replacing the entire system, we decided to call Brighton Air Corp for a second opinion per a neighbor's suggestion.Their technician took the time to thoroughly inspect and diagnose the problem rather than jumping to the "full replacement" option the others presented. They determined that all we needed was a new fan motor—not a completely new HVAC system. Considering our system is only 10 years old, that diagnosis saved us $10K+.It's rare to find a company that prioritizes solving the problem over selling a replacement, and Brighton Air Corp did exactly that. They were knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the process. I can't recommend them highly enough. I just had a furnace replaced and this company not only helped me by crediting back some of the previous work they just did on it (I did not ask for this and they offered it when they checked previous history. It was an older furnace and they fixed it when we were in a bad cold snap this winter it was close to 0. They warned me the furnace was old and may need replacement and sure enough it did!) The gentleman and his apprentice who is a local Cranford kid came and could not have been more professional, cleaner and nicer. They even played with our dogs. True service and proper work from a great local company. Thank you BAC!
