Big River Glass replaced virtually all the glass in our home, 68 panes, flawlessly. If window frames are in good shape as ours are, replacing entire windows is a complete waste ...like replacing a broken window, but at a much greater scale.They are simply as professional as any contractor can possibly be, and extremely detailed and responsive. If I had replaced the entire windows, the time taken and number of additional contractors necessary would have easily tripled the amount of time required.This eliminated the very expensive entire window replacement that results in extensive carpentry repairs, probably saving us $35-45K. Our house was built in 1998, so double pane glass leakage occurred. As info, they do multiple checks before starting installation to minimize any inconvenience, and are extremely flexible in their scheduling.

2018 review: I had several windows that needed replacing. After repeated phone calls, promised dates, not showing up, and finally being over an hour late for an agreed upon time (after I called their manager and complained again). The windows are being replaced. I hate giving harsh reviews but most people can't wait a month to get windows replaced! I simply cannot offer any level or recommendation for Big River Glass!Update of 6 year old reviewI tried Big River Glass again to replace a window glass in my home. The difference was very encouraging and I would change my review. They were quick to respond and quick to replace. Technician and office staff were professional and very pleasant to work with. In this instance I would give then 5 stars!
