I recently had an inspection completed by Julian .I’m very impressed with the level of detail, professionalism, and thoroughness throughout the entire process. Julian took the time to carefully inspect the work completed on my property and documented everything with detailed pictures and videos, which made it much easier to understand the issues that were found.What stood out the most was how thorough and informative the inspection was. Julian clearly explained areas needed correction and pointed out issues that could potentially lead to water damage or other problems if not properly addressed. He didn’t just point out concerns he explained why they mattered and provided professional recommendations on what should be corrected.I also appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and professional he was while answering my questions. Julian and his assistant are very very good inspector he inspected our home from top to bottom he explained the things he found and broke it down to were we understood it. Julian and his team came out and did an extremely thorough and detailed inspection. They went the extra mile when needed including removing the toilet to complete the sewer scope because the property’s other sewer entrances were blocked or buried. Julian electronically mapped the room measurements for me because he saw me hand measuring the rooms. Very thoughtful! He has answered all of my questions afterward. The detailed report I was sent included pictures and videos and specific descriptions of each issue. His teammates were polite and knowledgeable. Paid a tiny bit extra for this team rather than the rock bottom bid and I’m glad I did. You get what you pay for sometimes.
