I want to give a shout-out to Rocky Kim at Pueblo West Snooze Mattress Company. I went to the store in May of this year looking for a mattress because my old one needed to be replaced. He and his colleagues were very helpful. I put a mattress on layaway, intending to pay it off soon. Instead, I lost my job and had to pay it off over a four-month period. They let me work it out, and I was so appreciative. I just got my mattress, and I know it will help my lower back. Thanks for all you have done; I appreciate you guys. I recommend Snooze Mattress Company to anyone looking for a good mattress-buying experience.

A few years back, we bought a full Tempur-Pedic system from Denver Mattress here in Pueblo and it wasn't the best sales experience, not to mention the so-so delivery and install. Then we ended up hating the mattress and got stuck with it for 5+ years. The service we received from Isiah and Snooze as a company was exceptional! We left with a new mattress that we LOVE and feel great about the buying experience. The Dream Mapping is next level, and we've never had a mattress that fit us so well.

We have purchased a bed, 2 sets of sheets, and now pillows from Snooze. Customer service is always outstanding and they take the time to listen to what we are looking for.

Jason and Marcel were exceptional. They were incredibly kind and respectful to my wife, who received the order. They were meticulous in ensuring that they didn’t damage the walls or pictures while carrying the heavy mattress and frame up the flights of stairs. They even removed all the trash and offered to take the old mattress and bed frame pieces downstairs for her. Truly, they were gentlemen. Not only that, but Jason and Marcel completed the work efficiently and effectively.
