Earlier this year I hired Berlin Homes to finish my basement. He finished it in March, and yesterday, seven months later, we noticed a leak above one of the windows he installed.I contacted the owner to ask for his opinion. His response?He came over at 7pm and stayed until 8:30pm trying to figure out the problem. Even though he quickly realized the leak was not his fault, he spent time outside in the rain diagnosing the problem, walked me through simplified drawings so I could understand the issues and make informed decisions, and never once made me feel rushed.The owner told me he’d work with me on the prices for restoration as well.That’s how you do business. Any house project I do in the future, he’s my first call.But the best part? I’m not convinced that’s why he did it.I think he actually cares about me.I completely recommend Berlin Homes.

We were able to finish our basement thanks to Berlin Homes DIY program. We were able to sit down with the owner and plan out our basement finish by selecting what we would do on our own and what they would help with. By doing so, we were able to save money and labor most things ourselves. Berlin Homes was great to work with and very helpful along the way. Amazing to work with. Show up when they say they will and always give weekly updates on your project. We did our basement and they helped coordinate our sauna installation as well, to ensure the electricians would hook it up for us. Each trade they work with a very professional and do great work. I highly recommend Berlin Homes! They did a fantastic job with finishing two rooms with lots of glass. It looks beautiful and so clean. Nick is wonderful to work with and really takes good care of his clients. Brian was the superintendent over my project and he was excellent with communication. I was also SO, SO happy that the dry wall process didn't leave dust everywhere and that after the space was finished, they had a professional cleaner come in. That was worth a lot to me!
