The experience we counter was easy to work with Velocity team. The Building process was simple. Our super intended - Greg and Jeannie - home specialist where the greatest and easiest to work with.....they handle every step of the project and answered any question or concerns we had through out the build. We just moved into the beautiful home Velocity built for us and LOVE IT! They offered us so many options to customize our home from changing the floor plan, to finishes, to how we wanted our electric work to be. The staff were great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We visited our home at least weekly throughout the building process and were amazed with how detailed their work was. It was clear that the velocity team take pride in turning out quality homes. We also loved that alot of items that are considered "upgrades" with other builders come standard in their builds, like softclose drawers/cabinets and choice of any level 2 granite or quartz. I would definately recomment Velocity Homes! They gave us the confidence and peace of mind you need for such a big investment.

From start to finish Velocity Homes was a pleasure to work with in building our dream home. There are so many amazing people working behind the scenes to make everything go smoothly like Jim, Chase, Pam, Rob, Kyle and others that you don’t see but are doing an outstanding job. The stars of the whole team in our opinion are Sherry with design selections and Greg the superintendent. They work long hours tirelessly and are super responsive and always laid back and cheerful. Sherry was super helpful and talented in helping us choose finishes we would love that went together beautifully. Greg is amazing at his job getting quality subs and keeping everything on schedule. He pays attention to any concerns and addresses them right away. The whole team listens and responds and fixes any small issues or differences that might arise. We felt they were honest and had integrity. Our whole experience has been mostly stress free and fun. It’s so exciting to move into our beautiful home. My sister bought a new home in another city and is having the exact opposite experience with inferior quality and poorly patched repairs from a different builder. We feel so lucky to have found Velocity and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have had problems since purchasing my new townhome ( June 2023) with loose flooring and loose water pipes. They have assured me multiple times, in writing that they will take care of the flooring. The flooring issue is due to the poor framing work not carpet and laminate. They have made many attempts at fixing the floor problem with some improvement but it’s still loose in multiple places. Velocity has made it very hard to get repairs done. They have ignored email request for repair, they have not shown up for appointments, they have started repairs and then left for hours or not returning at all. A big part of the problem is that they do not have employees to do the repairs. They rely on the independent contractors to come back for the repairs. The contractor may have moved on or they have hired another contractor so I got the feeling the ones that showed up did not want to do the work. It’s my option that they do not care about customer satisfaction and are not a honest company. I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone that is considering purchasing from Velociy Holdings LLC to get everything in writing. Make sure to get a copy of what the 1 year warranty covers- a whole house repairs- materials and labor. Do not rely on the warranty statement in the seller/buyer agreement, it is not specific enough.
