I had a series of IPL laser treatments- — 3 of them one month apart — to treat the brown spots and broken capillaries on my face. Geraldine carefully explained the treatments and what to expect after each one. The spa was clean and comfortable. After my third and final treatment I came in for a follow up to review the results with her. I pointed out areas that didn’t respond as well and without hesitation she offered to do a complete treatment at no extra cost. I didn’t even have to ask for it. She was so gracious about it!She’s honest about what treatments would be best for me and didn’t try to upsell me. I’ll definitely be back!
