Working with Dylan has really changed the way I look at my business and my time. I came in wanting to grow my business without having to be involved in every part of the day-to-day, and he has helped me improve the way I lead my team, build better systems, and strengthen our operations. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is how to recognize what actually needs my time and what doesn’t. I’ve grown both personally and as a business owner, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to build a business that can grow without taking over their life.

Dylan was truly a godsend! When I first started the Leadership Accelerator, I was the only person in my department, managing Events and Facility Rentals on my own. I was working 50–60 hours a week and felt completely unsure of how to move forward. Before I was able to hire my amazing team, Dylan stepped in and helped me create detailed SOPs for the new positions.Because of his guidance, onboarding became seamless once my team was hired, and we were able to establish clear department standards and expectations that now define our values, goals, and work ethic. Dylan also taught me how to grow as a leader through practical feedback—set clear expectations, supervise, and provide consistent support.Today, I’m working a healthy 40-hour week, and my team runs like a well-oiled machine. I have full confidence that everything is handled properly because of the solid foundation Dylan helped us build. His mentorship didn’t just improve processes—it transformed the way I lead.Mahalo nui loa e Dylan!

Dylan is a rare example of a combination of two critically important factors in coaching that you normally only see in isolation. For one, he has a wealth of experience in the field that is not only relevant but recent, he knows the realities of the leadership world firsthand. For two, his experience has unlike others not led to a reduction in his desire for future growth and learning but instead fuelled it more, culminating in the expert he is today. For a service that is up-to-date, powerful and effective I would recommend Lead With Dylan.
