AAAAA++++ My wife and I highly recommend F & S. This company performed a spectacular complete renovation of our kitchen and primary bathroom. Owner, Guy Ndandji, was always available by phone, text and email, which greatly reduced the stress associated with major construction. Indeed, we were so pleased with the bathroom result that we retained F & S to renovate our kitchen. Both rooms are quite large so they required considerable expertise to select visually appealing components, which matched our design and functionality objectives. Guy possesses the eye of a sophisticated designer. His input was essential to the success of these projects. His staff is comprised of very skilled specialists in their respective fields (e.g. plumbing, electrical, cabinets, tile, quartz). F & S has a state-of-the-art CNC machine which cuts countertops to precision from laser measurements. . .very cool. This company takes pride in doing the job to high quality standards, while offering very reasonable pricing. There are less expensive contractors out there. But, those contractors will cut corners in areas that will spell regret down the line, in my experience. Example: regular dry wall can be used in places where the typical customer would never know that more robust and water-resistant greenboard ought to be installed for longterm durability, etc. F & S is a first-class contractor, which I will be hiring for all future projects.

Due to the permanent closure of our initial contractor’s business, and their referral to F+S Bath Design Studio, we entered into a contractual agreement with them. We were concerned about the geographic distance, but in the end it did not influence our decision to move forward. Meeting Mr. Gee, Owner, who is meticulous, knowledgeable, and accommodating - along with his skilled and courteous team, led to the remodeling of 3 bathrooms that exceeded our expectations. Although the cost was higher than the previous estimate, the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to details made it a justified investment. Robynn provided a guiding hand for selecting materials that were both practical and fit my style. The estimate, although not the lowest, was comprehensive, clear about what was included, and realistic. The team would communicate when they would be on site, what they would be doing, and they worked with my schedule. They finished on time and on budget. We met with several local designers when we decided to renovate our kitchen and Guy & F&S was an easy choice! He is extremely friendly and helps make a potentially stressful and worrisome experience into a complete joy! He offers great suggestions and has an expert eye for design but also let's you realize your own ideas without pushing his own. He is also very patient, as my husband and I ended up completely changing our approach for our kitchen design and he was more than accommodating! In the end, we scaled back on our grand plans but couldn't be happier with the finished result. What ended up being smaller scale renovation still completely exceeded our expectations. I didnt realize just how beautiful this kitchen could look! The workers who came to the house were extremely friendly, efficient and skilled! Guy stayed in contact the entire time and made us feel like we were in great hands the whole way through. Even the office manager, Terry, is a joy to work with. I could not reccomend F&S more!
