Highly recommend Black Optix Tint. Paul and his team are customer focused and deliver excellent service. I wanted 20% tint to match my back 2 windows but after install realized the back windows were actually 15% and not 20%. Paul the owner advised there was a removal fee to change the tint in order to go darker. I advised Paul that I would take a couple days and think about it as I didn't want to come out of pocket for removal of the 20% and install of 15%. I decided after thinking about it that I wanted the 15% and would bite the bullet and pay the price for the change. After installing the 15% tint Paul stated that he wanted me to be happy about the new installed tint and would waive the fees associated with the removal and upgraded tint I requested. I am very happy with the service and how Paul and his team took care of me even through no fault of Black Optix. I highly recommend Black Optix and I am a customer for life. I am now wanting a ceramic coating done to my vehicle and will definitely be using Black Optix and Paul again. I give 5 stars 🌟 to Black Optix and trust and believe you will be happy with the services you'll receive. Don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to share my satisfaction and experience with Black Optix. A big thank you Paul for taking care of me and wanting me to be happy.
