You can't fake frequency. You can't fake having done the work. Sonja has done the work, and her energy is incredible! I was scrolling through a list of 20+ acupuncturists. My wife and I attended the sound bowl and ear seeds session. I came out of the session with feeling very deeply relaxed and calm. It's just what we needed give work/life has been a bit stressful as of late for us. The sound bath was a very soothing experience. Sonja did a great job with leading the session as she was very attentive, insightful and helpful when it came to accommodating me during the class. I will definitely looking to attend her sessions again in future.

Sonja was able to help me a along my path to healing tendinitis in my elbows. an I also did one of Sonja's Alchemy workshops which was and amazing and much appreciated and needed more than I knew experience. Also, the sound journeys are an amazing experience. There are also Yoga classes going on now!

It's been amazing finding this gem in Gravenhurst. Such a zen space that Sonja holds and all those that work out of here are amazing. So much is offered in this space! Got acupuncture to quit smoking and deal with my sciatic issue, yin yoga, cacao ceremony, 'Vibroacoustic Sound Table', ecstatic dance, and tie massage. Make sure you join the mailing list to stay in the loop if you're into these sort of things. Highly recommend it.

I am really grateful to receive an acupuncture treatment from Sonja with so much love and care. I came in with significant back pain (7/10) radiating into my leg and ending into a numb big toe. The back pain completely dissolved and numbness reduced about 50% after the acupuncture and heat treatment. Her space and presence is very zen, welcoming and peaceful. I also really enjoyed our conversations and learning how to observe the energy and treatment work on my body. I started acupuncture treatments in April 2024. I went for chronic back problems and was at the time experiencing burnout and other physical ills such as bloating, excess weight gain despite eating relatively healthy. Sonja was very welcoming and I felt safe from the first moment I met her. She took the time to listen to my concerns, questions and needs. She actually gave me information about my health that I was surprised to learn but that made sense. I followed her diet, activity and stress management recommendations and received accupunture treatments to address my health issues and it has changed and improved my health so much. I can now sleep through the night, no more cravings, good digestion and bowel movements, anxiety , stress level ,and incidentally I no longer experience chronic back pain.
