Appliances EMT was a great company to work with. They came out the same day I called and analyzed the situation. They had someone here the next morning to fix my refrigerator. Igor was fast efficient and courteous. He was a nice gentleman who knows his stuff. Igor inspected my washing machine and assessment the problem. He communicated what I needed to do to avoid this problem again. He had to get a part to fix the washing machine, which took about 30 minutes. Upon his return he worked everything out,removed the debris and water from my washer and put the machine back to its original state. Igor wore booties to keep my floor and carpet clean which was a plus. He explained every step of the way. Excellent service and I will definitely use this company again if necessary. Thanks a ton.

Service Tech, Adam called 25 mins before arrival to confirm arrival. He arrived as scheduled and installed new log grill and burner and reinstalling logs. Kept area clean and contained and cleaned up all. Work was done quickly, professionally, and after leak test conducted live fire test.Top work ethic and best craftsmanship.Billing was done at my home with ear and efficiency.I’d use Graved again.
