I’ve been coming to Colaz Paddington for laser treatments for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. My laser lady, Bal, is absolutely amazing she’s so professional, kind, and always makes me feel completely comfortable during every appointment.Bal is really knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything properly, which makes the whole experience so reassuring. The clinic is always clean, welcoming, and the results have been great.I genuinely look forward to my sessions because Bal is just so lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend Colaz Paddington to anyone considering laser treatment!

I was recommended going to Colaz by a friend, being a woman of colour I always wondered about hair removal and the scaring it can cause.Having a consultation with a lovely lady called Bal and going through my options was a lovely earm and friendly experience.Her dedication to understand what the clients want and how to realistically achive that is second to none.After undergoing a patch test my fears melted away that moment, I really had nothing to worry about.I was blown away by the customer service that I experienced was comforting to know there are still people that operate like this. She answered all my questions honestly and gave me advice about what to expect after my patch test.I would definitely come back here to book the rest of my treatments.Thank you Bal and your fantastic team x
