From the moment he stepped out of his truck and saw our unit he started telling me all the features and particulars about the unit. He shared everything as he serviced the unit via his phone and all the readings and pressures associated with the unit inside/out each step of the way. Elevate Home was a life savor to me and my family this week. Our ac went out while we were away and my mother was house sitting for us. They sent a tech out after their normal time and had the whole ac unit by the next day ready to go. Their prices are amazing and their staff is top tier!! Truly I was up a creek and they provided the boat!!! I can not speak more highly of the team!!! 10/10! They took this awful time of no ac and made it a winter wonderland!!
