I needed to have a new thermostat installed. I wanted to do it myself, but ran into a few problems. So I called Elevate and asked if they had someone who could come out and install it for me. They did.James showed up right on time and did an excellent job of installing the new thermostat. He explained what he was doing and why every step of the way and thenprogrammed it for me.

James, our technician, had come to perform our semiannual service on our central AC and our one ductless split unit. The ductless split was installed ten plus years ago and needed to be replaced. We had the new unit installed a couple of days later. James and Chad did an excellent job with the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new unit. I appreciate the effort to do a great job and make sure that he had everything 100% perfect. The areas where they worked were spotless, and James even put my husband’s table and decor back in place.Christy, who usually answers my phone calls and questions, is friendly and courteous. If she needs to call me back with a response, she is always prompt with her reply.We’ve been a customer since Anthony purchased the business from the previous owner. We’ve been very satisfied with the maintenance service and quick response when we’ve had an emergency issue that needed to be fixed quickly.

Anthony and his company are awesome! My air conditioning went out and the temperature in my house reached 86 degrees. I contacted Elevate Home Specialists and he came out and diagnosed my problem quickly, picked up the needed parts, and replaced them ASAP. I also had a sensor that he installed for me too. The price was reasonable, and I was comfortable again very soon. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs or anything else that they do. Thanks again, Anthony!
