HERO .... that is the perfect word for Austin from Prestige Pest Control! If I could rate this company (and Austin) the highest possible ever rating (beyond the 5 stars) I would. What began 8 yrs ago, what MANY others having attempted, including two other professional pest control companies, and what cost a good amount of money prior to Prestige becoming involved, finally ended with a huge VICTORY! My resident notorious nemesis SQUIRREL that invaded my attic and between floors in my home on a continual basis for years was captured!!! The feat didn't come without MUCH valiant effort (being challenged in the inconvenient attic space over and over and over again and being tested by the rodent's cleverness and swift moves to steal bait and escape the capture, over months of trying)! Some qualities that were constantly exhibited and proven were professionalism, trustworthiness, PERSEVERENCE, man of his word, quality, and all around great guy! When NO ONE else could, Prestige Pest Control DID! And they were incredibly reasonable! I was blessed and Austin will forever be my HERO! If you want to hear it from the landlord that had to put up with a very rotten tenant for a very long time, call Austin and ask for my number! I'll tell you all about it!PS... I also had them spray for insects for the first time last fall and I'm amazed how my spider problem is gone!

Austin and Prestige Pest Solutions have been nothing short of incredible. They provide awesome and timely service as well as educational value behind it. With multiple service plans to chose from they most certainly beat out all the competition in the Rochester area. I would highly recommend these guys if you have any sort of problems in their wheel house. 5/5 stars to these guys!

Spoke to Austin about bugs we had in the bathroom which kept getting worse . He happened to be free that very Monday and Identified them as box elders. We had Austin treat them that day.He said give treatment 2 to 3 weeks to clear out bugs.They diminished almost immediately., with maybe one here or there over the next2 weeks.We haven't seen any in the last 3 days!Austin touched base with me today and was pleased , but said let us know going forward and we will treat again if needed!Thanks for your great caring service!Definitely glad I called Prestige Pest Solutions!

We've been using Prestige since its inception and they've been nothing but supportive and educational through the entire experience. We signed up for the quarterly plan where we know our house will be protected in all 4 seasons. Prestige pest has been wonderful! I worked directly with Austin and Zach when dealing with a bat issue. They broke down each cost before beginning anything. They also provide payment plans which not all companies offer! Both exterminators are super easy to speak to, very informational and knowledgeable about their work. I will be working with them again tacking rodents !
