Was excited to try this company as a alternative to high priced stores for beef. Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, it's now Saturday still no word on when it will get here and have to now go buy something else for Sunday dinner. They did reach out saying they are having trouble with deliveries. Wish there was a closer spot to drive to do a pick up.Updated-- October 1Company let me know of the issue with their delivery system and let me know it would arrive Tuesday evening and it did. Girl at front desk was very informative. Got a couple of filet mignon. Flavor was good but it was tougher tha a 15 year old cow. Not going back for filet that's forestry. I'll let you know on next tasting of flat iron ,ribeye ,and burger. LeighGot some more meat. The hamburger was great. The flat iron was unbelievable tender, prime rib were as good as the filet mignon. BAD. FLAVOR WAS OK ,MEAT WAS VERY TOUGH. NO MORE FOR ME.

I’ve purchased hundreds of pounds of beef fat from Utah Beef Producers, and unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed both times. I made two separate 6+ hour trips specifically for suet fat. The first batch was questionable, but I was told it would be cleaned better next time and that it was true suet, not trimming fat. I took their word and gave it another shot. The second time, I called ahead, multiple times, to confirm it was worth the drive. I requested over 100 lbs of clean, pure suet fat. What I got was what I can only describe as “garbage hamburger.” Heavy meat content, trimming scraps, and a far cry from what I was told I’d receive. When I voiced my frustration, the response was, “Well, that’s why we don’t charge more for it.” I paid for it anyway because I had already made the trip and hoped to salvage something. I’ve done what I can to reduce waste, but it’s cost me a lot of time, effort, and product loss. As a small business owner, I rely on quality ingredients. I also value honesty and communication. I reached out via email to let them know, no response. Not even a “we’ll look into it.” I’m not writing this to have a beef or anything. I’m writing this so other hard working individuals don’t waste time or resources. If you need good product, this isn’t it. Unless something has changed drastically, I’d look elsewhere.
