When I first came to Dr. Cardenas, I was honestly overwhelmed and embarrassed by the state of my teeth. I had always been diligent about taking care of my dental health, but over the years my dental work had been done piecemeal by different providers, with no overall plan. On top of that, the structure of my mouth was unusually complicated—my upper and lower jaws simply didn't line up correctly. Dr. Cardenas later told me my case was one of the toughest she'd seen.By the time I found her, I was missing three teeth, and the final straw came when one of my front teeth literally crumbled in my mouth. I was devastated and didn't know where to turn.Instead of making me feel judged or hopeless, Dr. Cardenas gave me confidence that my smile—and my quality of life—could be restored. Dr. Maria Cardenas is an exceptional orthodontist and dentist! She is highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry and paramount to all of this is that she has impeccable taste and an exacting aesthetic sense. She has overseen my teeth straightening with Invisalign which has totally changed my jawline, bite, and even my airway allowing me to smile better than ever as well. I didn’t understand how much of an impact these minor changes would have and I am convinced that if someone else had overseen my Invisalign the results would not be the same. There is more to the process than just popping in new trays every week. Her delightful staff help the process along and also regularly clean my teeth. I love going in there as I am always greeted warmly and welcomed like a friend. And did I mention that the office is decorated beautifully and feels more like a chic boutique than an office. The entire vibe is uplifting every time. I have been going there for a few years now and am finally writing this review. The exam rooms are state of the art and sparkling clean, which matters to me a lot too. Test it out for yourself by going in for a cleaning. She had a special process she imported from Switzerland, I believe, which makes teeth cleaning more pleasant. Dr. Cardenas herself is a gem of a lady. She is elegant and polite as well as deeply caring about her patients. I still chuckle about how much I love going to see the dentist now. A+++++

Dr. Cardenas and her team are exceptional. Their standard of care is the highest I’ve ever experienced for a dental health practice.
