Prompt, friendly, professional, and pod was in good shape. They put it exactly where we wanted it. We used it for storage while we emptied our lower level for carpet installation. Perfect solution. Would use them again.

Awesome to work with! Friendly and helpful service!

AMAZING SERVICE!! I moved from Kalispell to Billings and was going to be finished in March…..here we are in October and just finished unloading my storage box. Having my items secure and then delivered to my driveway a year later was the biggest blessing!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Big Sky Box and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing portable storage during a move. They delivered my storage container, stored it while my kids and I were between homes, and then delivered it to our new home when we were finally able to close. Throughout the entire process, everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional, kind, helpful, and accommodating. What impressed me most was their flexibility. Our closing date changed multiple times, which meant I had to change both the delivery of the container and the final pickup of the empty container three different times. Not once did they make me feel like I was being difficult or inconveniencing them. They were patient and understanding every single time and simply worked with me to adjust the schedule.Moving is stressful enough, and when you’re dealing with closing delays and dates that seem to keep changing, having one company that just says, “No problem, we’ll work with you,” makes an enormous difference. From the initial delivery, through storage, to getting everything safely delivered to our new home and finally picking up the empty container, Big Sky Box made their part of our move incredibly easy. Their customer service was outstanding, and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness they showed me throughout the process. I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely customer-focused portable storage company.

The price was extremely fair, and communication throughout the process was well above my expectations.

Big Sky Box Portable Storage is a very professional business with friendly staff and great communication. Thanks again you guys!

Our experience with Big Sky Box was fantastic! It was easy to get a quote and arrange delivery and pick up. The container fit our needs very well and the delivery driver was able to put the box in a much more convenient location than we had originally planned. Couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend their services!

Absolutely will use these guys again!!!

Great customer service. They were flexible with many date changes. Highly recommend.

If anyone is moving and needs storage this is your guy. He was super easy to work with and is very understanding. He always responded pretty quick and overall just made it less stressful. Great price for the amount of space you get.
