The Mediation Center provided an excellent training for neutrals in this Civil Mediation training. The support and knowledge that is provided by the many trainers was full and valuable. This training prepares you for a variety of situations one may face when conducting a mediation. They covered it all and did a great job of instructing participants. I would definitely recommend this training.

I took the 30 hour general civil mediation skills course. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up loving the program! The material was pertinent and the role-play simulations were extremely helpful and useful. If you're considering learning more about how to conduct facilitative mediation, then this course is for you.
