I went there to get baklava, but unfortunately it was too early and the baklava was not ready yet. But I was thrilled to find they have brownies. We purchased 2 brownies, 2 Gata and 1 blueberry scones. I have to say the brownies is the best one I ever had in Canada, the chocolate they used you can tell it is high quality, which is close to the one I have tried in Belgium. It is not sweet at all. A tiny useful tip, heat up the brownies at home, then you will taste an absolutely amazing brownies you can ever have.

What a lovely find! This is a small sandwiches shop with no seating.I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich on sourdough and the slow-cooked beef sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The almond raisin scone is a must-try too. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We get sourdough bread here every week.We love the pastries such as pineapple pies, Spanish bread, scones. My absolute favourite are the brownies!

This is a new business open just right beside my shop and I always try their bread and cookies and sandwich and they are the best the qualities amazing because I really see how they make a bread like homemade and the sandwich is so clean so organize the owner is really really amazing guy very nice attitude very welcoming. I highly recommend to visit this place, especially for barbary bread

Must visit! Very small place but a diamond in the rough. Best bakery I have found in a long time. I do a lot of traveling for work and this is a must visit. You can see and taste the craftsmanship, the dedication.

For a small space, Ganash Bakery packs in SO MUCH FLAVOUR! If you are looking for outstanding baked goods, this is it. You're welcome.You just know there has been great care taken to find the highest quality ingredients - the finished product is a little taste of heaven. This bakery is an absolute hidden gem! Tried a couple of their breads and was blown away by the quality and flavour. Their pastries are just as incredible. Such an underrated spot. You can tell they put real passion into everything they make. Definitely deserves more attention — highly recommend!

A new little bakery shop selling the freshest made-in-house breads, pastries and cakes. The owner is so sweet and you can tell how much love, care and years of craft was put into each baked good. The almond raisin scone, banana cake, sesame flat bread, blueberry scone, and orange chocolate almond croustillant were all delightful. The pricing is also very reasonable, which is truly appreciated. I am very happy with my experience and it is safe to say I will be visiting regularly!

This is a new small bakery. I've been here twice already. They place is complete out of the way but I will detour anytime and everytime for their Tres leches cake!! It changed my life, I'm simply in love and lose complete self control and will eat the full order in one sitting because it's so addictive. I've tried the blueberry scone as well, very tasty. They have these new almond chocolate little snacks, amazing!!! Would recommend!!! I totally forgot to take a picture of the cake, I had no time once I purchased it and opened the box, a picture was the LAST thing on my mind. Oh and their customer service, amazing, they are very sweet people.

Came for the sourdough but I also tried the brownie and baklava. I have tried most of the best bakeries in Toronto and this unassuming place is definitely a hidden gem. Loved it!!!

Visited on the first day opening and was greeted by friendly staff. I purchased an Italian style sandwich loaf for sandwiches and it was very tasty. The price was $3 which was very reasonable. Clean and newly renovated. They had sour bread too.
