I don't typically leave reviews, but when in the rare instance, you come across a business and their work compels you to provide the public with thoughts. The very first time I met the owner of Rock Star, his excitement and passion for the craft were amazing. He told me that he was an artist and that his work will be tops.As I expected, the work and craftsmanship was top notch. Our kitchen and other areas were slathered with Taj Mahal quartzite and the look is gorgeous. Oddly enough, it wasn't the work and craftsmanship that has me writing this review.The motivation for the review is about accountability, commitment to professionalism, and communication. This company and specifically the owner TJ...AN AMAZING HUMAN!We have been in our house for over a year and half, and anytime I have questions or needs, TJ is all about being available. For so many reasons, this man is TOPS in our book and feel his detailed work and love for his craft should make any potential client feel comfortable in writing this company a check and signing them up to work for your project.

Had a great experience with Rockstar! Coordinated with Thomas for a sink cutout in an existing countertop. When the team showed up, they determined that the cutout was large enough for the new drop-in sink. So, even though they didn't have to do any stone cutting, they helped remove the old porcelain sink and set the new stainless steel one in place at a very fair price. Super happy overall. I'd recommend them and absolutely work with them again!

She didn’t just tell me where to go; they actually took me directly to their vendor to shop. It made everything so much easier and stress-free. I felt like I was getting VIP treatment the whole time.Something else I appreciated was that April was available 24/7 to answer any questions. Seriously, no matter when I called or texted, she was always there to help me out. That kind of dedication is rare these days, and it made a huge difference in my decision to go with Rockstar.As far as pricing, Rockstar Marble and Granite have super competitive prices. I got exactly what I wanted within my budget as I they do not upcharge vendor pricing for their stones.All in all, Rockstar Marble and Granite are fantastic. I believe that the true test of a business is when they have an issue how they take care of it. I 100% recommend April and Rock Star. We did not have a big expensive install. Although it looked perfect when it was installed, had a minor issue with a cracked sink later. You would have thought we were their biggest client. They worked tirelessly to insure everything was perfect. April didn't stop until we were satisfied! It was a pleasure to work with a company that would go out of the way to insure perfection! I am recommending them to everyone I know!

This is an amazing company from April working with my design and budget. I wasn’t the nicest our first phone call I was hangry and shew I was annoying. But she was the nicest person ever. The install was absolutely beautiful and those were super nice and helpful. The whole company is the nicest people I’ve dealt with. Being a real estate investor I deal with contractors of every aspect this group is top notch. The countertops are more than I could’ve imagined. I am delighted with Rock Star! They installed two beautiful granite countertops in our basement. April, the sales rep was super helpful. She encouraged me to take my time looking through their rock yard at all of the different granite and marble options, thoroughly answered my questions about pricing, and even accompanied the employee who measured the countertop surface so our adult daughter wouldn't be alone at home during the appointment.For our second project, Thomas the owner personally came out to measure and install the counter; it is flawless and beautiful! They worked so incredibly hard to complete both projects in a timely manner so that we are ready to entertain in our newly renovated space! Their east-side location is convenient for the entire Powers corridor, and their customer service and pricing is extremely competitive with what is available at other granite retailers in town. (In our case, Rock Star surpassed the competition in both price and customer service.) I highly recommend them!

Loved Rockstar Marble and Granite!! Had them change out two baths, a new set of cabinets in the living room, hall ledge, one bedroom and our kitchen. I wanted a 2.5 inch wide edge on all the counters and they did it beautifully!!! Thomas, the owner, personally came to measure everything by laser. They recommend not to walk on counters due to only having shims in place under counters. I wanted it sturdier so had plywood added first. If you want to do this, call them first so they can instruct you on how to lay it (how far does the plywood need to be like around stove, approximately 2" but it depends on your personal edging) there is a lot the owners are not aware of so it is best to call before you do anything. Here are some pointers. please look under the sink to see where the drain pipe runs before you have them drill the holes for your faucets and soap dispenser, they will ask you where to place). Run your hands on the edging so that you can see if it is smooth to touch. I had them do 6" backsplash and it is the best thing (standard is 4 inches). Everything came out and thrilled to death, all of their staff are so easy to work with and April, the admin lady is just great to work with!! You want perfection, these folks are it!!

Rockstar Marble & Granite truly lives up to their name. From the first phone call to installation, they blew me away! April Gonzales worked relentlessly to earn and keep my business. I was under a tight deadline and budget and she offered up several creative solutions to make new counters a reality for our kitchen. The rest of the team was kind, courteous and professional from the measurements to the install. Tye installation team was led with experience and impressive knowledge on the process. I will most definitely be using Rockstar Marble & Granite in the future for our bathrooms.
