I have known the owners since 1984 and I buy everything from them because they stand behind what they sell. The delivery guys (Tom & Al) delivered to us today and were professional, friendly, and hard working.

In my most recent experience, the mattresses I ordered ended up being too high, and they literally jumped through hoops to make it right, even trying to get replacement mattresses delivered the very same day. That level of care, effort, and professionalism is rare these days. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Patience is the word that comes to mind. I changed the order three times in 12 hours and actually ended up with exactly what I needed!
