Jonathon did a great job, he did everything he said he would do. The sales rep, Nicky, that signed me up lied to my face. It's sad the the sales rep give the company a bad name for the lies they tell to get you to sign up. The five star I'm giving is for Jonathon the tech guy.

Austin seemingly did excellent work and should get his spot bonus! He was professional in his explanation of work to be performed as well as courteous in alerting me when he arrived and departed which I really appreciate!! I am not sure if he changed the bait in the black box, but I may have overlooked that in his task list reported. Austin was great, he is very nice guy asked questions and really wanted to make sure we were taken care of. If I could have him as my pest guy every month, that would be great. He made it less stressful, with me having animals. Great experience

Jonathan was my technician today. He was very nice and polite. He came out and let me know that he was going to do my treatment and he didn't waste any time. He started sweeping down all of the spiders down. then he sprayed everything. He was very efficient. Great job!
