Disgrace to deal with myself and my wife expressed interest in a house put in our bid and another buyer put in a higher bid wanted to put in another bid less than an hour and a half later and it was sale agreed online and that the person selling the house wanted to sell to the person that was bidding the last couple of days so all the auctionare done was let us express our interest and put a bid in to get a further 20k out of the poor original person bidding for the house would highly recommend staying as far away as possible.
