I found Hughes Plumbing through several moms in a Facebook Group and I’m so glad I did! I spoke with the owner, Brandon, and explained our toilet was leaking and it looked like water might be running along the bathroom wall. He sent Mike out, who was able to find where the leak was coming from and determine that our old toilet needed to be replaced.They went the extra mile trying to find a new toilet that would fit the same space as our old one so we wouldn’t have gaps between the base and the carpeting. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find one that was the right size, but Anthony did an amazing job using extra carpet we had. His precision cuts were so well done that he was able to fill the space perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!I also showed them some PVC piping along the outside of our garage for the sprinkler system that was getting beaten up by the sun and they were able to cover it with protective material, which was another thing taken care of.Mike and Anthony were both friendly, professional, and on time, and Brandon followed up with me personally afterward. That kind of customer service really goes along way!We’ll definitely be calling Hughes Plumbing again after the holidays to have them look at our two guest bathrooms. I honestly can’t recommend this small business enough. It’s hard to find a company that’s this easy to work with and genuinely cares about doing a good job.

Booked my estimate online late afternoon the day before and they were out before my appointment time just ahead of 8am the following day. Punctual, professional, and the pricing was great! Mike took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable with the scope (leak in one of my pipes) etc. highly recommend!

Hughes Plumbing in Newbury Park did a great job hydrojetting my outdoor drain today. They successfully dislodged the debris and were very careful not to damage the old exterior pipes/lines.Mike was courteous, friendly, and honest — a real person who actually answers the phone (no endless mechanical menus). The team was readily available, arrived on time, respectful of the property, and clearly knowledgeable about the problem. Highly recommend!

Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Hughes plumbing very early on a Sunday morning. Showed up on time (earlier than he said) diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon. Very impressed by him - his sense of urgency, flexibility, professionalism. I would highly recommend Hughes Plumbing Services to anyone. They are my go to plumber from now on :)
