We recently purchased our first home, and have had 3 great experiences with Brandon. He came initially to check out a couple of things we'd flagged on around our property - he was chill, friendly, responsive, practical, and very straightforward. He fixed one minor thing that day, and gave us some advice on what to think about going forward. Since then, we've had him back to install a water line for our fridge and to fix our garbage disposal. For the water line to the fridge, he gave us two options for how it could work and was clear about the pros and cons of each. His price was reasonable, he came exactly when he said he would, and got the job done efficiently and well with no complications. No surprises anywhere. The garbage disposal was super minor (we probably could have sorted it out ourselves if we'd been more diligent) but he came out quickly and sort of last minute, and fixed it right away.
