One of my most favourite things to do and places to go. Victoria, Charlotte and Trey are wonderful coaches. I have been a member for 7 months and I have seen myself gain strength and improve my overall health. The red light therapy is one of my favourites too. I cannot recommend Osteostrong enough. Less

I started with Osteostrong in Tunbridge Wells in September 2024. I was struggling with confidence on stairs as I have had a fall and I have osteoporosis. Very early on I found I was walking confidently and upright. I have lost one and a half stone and as of March 2025 I am lifting 55 stone on one of the machines. Last September I could only wear kitten heals because of my balance. On my 80th birthday in Feb 2025 I wore a three inch heel at my birthday celebration dinner with friends and family. Hi girl go!!!
