When I walked in everyone was calling me by name and made me feel very welcomed!The workout had a solid strength component and the WOD incorporated different movements that were scalable, cardio and strength components that were challenging but made you want to come back for more!Will definitely be back! 💪🏼

We dropped in while driving home for the holidays and absolutely loved this gym. Great equipment and even better people. There’s a safe, welcoming area for kids to wait and play, which was a huge plus for us. My favorite part was getting in a competitive workout in such a beautiful, open, and clean space with all the equipment you need to stay in peak condition. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

Always wanted to do cross fit but wasn’t sure about where to join. I chose Jax Beach cross fit and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while. It’s like family the way you are treated. All the coaches are amazing and will give you the one on one you need to make sure you have the proper form and training for each workout. Just overall amazing. If you’re thinking about joining a cross fit gym, I recommend Jax Beach cross Fit. I assure you that you will not be disappointed

I dropped in to CF Jax beach while on vacation. The coaches/owners and members were super friendly. The gym is very clean and spacious. Nice equipment. The WOD was great. I’ll definitely drop in again.
