I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an inspection done on my condo 3 years ago for the insurance wind mitigation discount. I am changing insurance companies and the new company is asking for more information than the first. Christine went above and beyond and dug deep in order to find the "unnecessary" request for the new company. They definitely are a great company that stands behind their clients. I was able to go back 3 years later and they still did all they could do to help me!

I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional job my Young Home inspector, Dan, did. He was thorough taking two to three hours to complete the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked to me on the phone when I had additional questions. Then after the initial inspection he went above and beyond to get another inspection request I made done in time so I could make a decision on my purchase within the inspection period. I highly recommend them, and will use them again if and when the need arises.
