The quality of the workmanship on my roof was top-tier, and the finished product looks fantastic. Platinum improved the curb appeal of my home so much. I want to give a special shout-out to Gilberto and his team, who handled my gutter replacement. During the process, they uncovered extensive wood rot on my old home and addressed other unforseen issues right away. My new gutters are both aesthetically pleasing and perfectly functional. Jeremy, came by for our roof inspection and worked with our insurance, consistently and repeatedly, until a full replacement was approved. From approval, the materials were able to be selected and ordered in an timely manner and the replacement tokk just one day. We had an inspection after and there was one small issue that was immediately fixed and reinspected. We really appreciated the steady communication, all the support with getting full replacement through insurance and we highly recommend Platinum Home Design, LLC for you home projects!

Entire team worked hard to handle demo and install siding, gutters, make repairs plus. Really appreciated James OLeary handling all negotiations with insurance company and interface with scheduling etc. We did have an early delivery of materials by accident , and adjustment to gutters after install … everything else seamless. Given the saturation of companies after hail damage Platinum did a commendable job explaining insurance process, materials selection , and James keeping me informed .
