It has been a great experience for me to work with Redefined Restoration, specially Matt, Mark and his colleague who were on-site crew, who showed great patience to answer all my questions (being a first time condo owner in high-rise, we had so many questions) with clear, honest and precise details, as well as the office staff who I have dialed-in so many times, every time each staff member was very patient, guided me in correct direction and provided great support so far in the restoration process. The quality of work and attention to detail is really admirable. I would highly recommend Redefined!

Discovered some mold in a bathroom ceiling due to a water problem. Jake and Hector were happy to help and were super informative for someone who has never dealt with this before. They did a great job removing the problem areas, sanitizing and setting everything up to dry.

Brandon and Manny did an excellent job taking down my plaster ceiling after it was damaged by a bathroom leak. They contained the area that was being worked on to prevent dust and debris from getting into other parts of the house.Very professional, friendly and punctual.The clean up was meticulous! The problem: a plumbing leak in the ruling of one bedroom, and water intrusion in the back end of our garden apartment. Highly recommend this crew. Brandon and Manny showed up on time, carefully masked off the work area and quickly got to work. Brandon did a great job of communicating the steps that would be taken. The attention to detail and care exhibited by both technicians was noteworthy. Work was completed at a brisk pace, and they left our place cleaner than it was before they arrived.

We discovered water leaking from our ceiling in the basement and had no idea who to call. After seeing Redefined Restoration's great reviews, I reached out to them, and I'm so glad I did.Shaker Haddad was our project manager and he was terrific — he kept the project organized and on schedule throughout. The quality of the work was excellent, and they even worked directly with our insurance company to make sure all the repair costs were covered.Fantastic experience all around.
