I highly recommend Redefine Restoration if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of water damage. The guys Martin, Dennis, Corey and Miguel were professional, so kind in their explanation of process and were very clean and respectful of our things. They got 2 rooms finished in 2 days and then came back once we were all dry to collect their equipment.

Manny and Brandon were outstanding—punctual, professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough from start to finish.They helped us after discovering water damage from an exterior wall/window leak that affected our third-floor bedroom and leaked into the ceiling below, as well as concealed water damage from a separate bathroom leak. They kept everything exceptionally clean, clearly explained each step, and went above and beyond by installing extra protective tarping over the open exterior wall to help prevent additional rain from entering while the source was being investigated.Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage. If you ever need restoration services, ask for Manny and Brandon—you’ll be in great hands. Highly recommended!
