At first, our family was in between companies to restore our basement from being flooded with sewage water. Luckily the professionalism on Matt Strong's part drew us more to continue with Redefined Restoration. During the actual process of cleaning and putting our belongings away, they took into consideration. They always waited for us to give the go on things to keep/throw away, along with giving us fair warning about the risks of wanting to keep contaminated items that were either sentimental or important. The crew (Hector, Mike, Eduardo, Rudy, Dennis, and Corey) were efficient and fast, and the whole process of the physical work had us back in the house sooner than we expected. I used these guys for a water leak inside the wall in my condo bathroom, which came from one of the units above mine. This turned into a somewhat lengthy project through no fault of their own - the delays were mainly dealing with the insurance company to get approval for the estimate. From the initial mitigation work (which ultimately required removing drywall from the bathroom) through the rebuild, these guys were super helpful in coordinating with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered, and in working with my HOA to schedule work. I ultimately decided to pay out of my own pocket for some bathroom upgrades (shower door) during the final rebuild because I was very happy with their work.Many thanks to project manager Matt Strong for being so responsive to all of my questions, as well as to Fernando and Jesus for their work with the rebuild. From Ed who answered the initial call… to Jason the Project Manager who came in our home and provided two separate estimates (at no charge, by the way) as well as give a referral to a company to clean and sanitize our affected area rugs… to the team of Corey and Dennis who came in to do the work.I’m very impressed with your services from the beginning to the end… as Dennis sprayed the anti-microbial spray to cover the tracks of where he and Corey walked through the house before and during the process.I hope I never need to use RR services again (ha ha… because… who wants sewage back up in their home?!)… but if I do… Redefined Restoration is the company I WILL call!! He is very easy to deal with and he keeps us updated on the various projects and insurance claims. Redefined Restoration uses up-to-date technology in order to create a comprehensive and detailed plan for each project. Cory and Dennis came out to assist with the mitigation work from a recent bathroom leak. They did a great job as well. They left the work area neat and clean when they had to leave. This company is amazing! As an Insurance Agent experiencing a loss, Vincent G (the owner) along with Huriel & Sergio made a frustrating situation convenient. They did the demolition so efficiently and clean. I was expecting a mess and dust everywhere but they cleaned up, placed plastic strategically, respectfully moved our belongings, kept us updated everyday, and on time!
