Mike and Garret were great through the whole process of our wall repair. We were dealing with water damage and slight mold exposure, but they came in and quickly took the wall down, assessed the damage, and set up dehumidifiers and fans in no time. Super knowledgeable and professional! Would recommend them to anyone having similar issues.

Following an unexpected malfunction of my hot water heater's relief valve, I found myself with a flooded basement. I contacted Redefined Restoration to mitigate the situation. Eduardo arrived within the hour of my call and scoped out the job, utilizing both still and video cameras. He filled me in on what would occur and had a team to begin cleanup within an hour. The next phase began on 10/22 with the arrival of Jake and Hector . These two worked diligently to remove the damaged drywall and soaked insulation. They were joined by Brandon and Manny who assisted them in completing this phase of the project. Seeing the excellent work these 4 men performed showed me I made the correct choice contracting Redefined Restoration.

Brandon and Manny were super professional, efficient and did a great job overall in cleaning up the areas where we had water damage. The whole team that’s come out has been great, with open and honest communication. Hopefully I don’t have future issues but I would definitely use Redefined Restoration again!

After the previous owner let seepage go unaddressed, our whole basement had water damage. We had our floor tiles removed, and damaged drywall and insulation ripped out. The team took care of it quickly and left our place much cleaner and dryer than when they started. Jake, Hector, Brandon, Manny, Elias, Martin, and Matt did a great job.

I had a leak from my neighbor. Project manager Eddy assessed the situation and provided a plan to attack the issue. Corey did a great job setting everything up and doing the demo work. Very happy with their work.

Shaker and his team were nothing short of amazing for our family. We had tons of water damage to our basement the early part of this year, and him and his team were always super responsive and quick to help us address pretty urgent situations. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for floor restoration or flooding damage!
