In general it was a good service but not great. This was the part of the packing and moving all our belongings before starting the work on the floor. We had agreed on a time schedule to do the work as we were leaving on vacation and needed the work to be done as agreed. They started with only 2 guys that didn’t advanced the work too much. I had to contact the person in charge to make my concerns known that they needed to have more staff and do more work to be on time. They sent more staff the other days specially the third day and they were able to finish moving. The one person that really made a difference was Flor. As soon as she got here she was ready to work and pack. She did a great job of taking the lead in packing everything as the others weren’t as quick as her. She was the spark that made everything work and finish on time. Moving the fridge from the kitchen to the bathroom took some time and its wheels did more damage to the floor that I hope gets fixed when they do the floor.
