Satisfying Work from the Redefined Restoration crew and team! Even though the period from demolition to reconstruction was several months apart(due to insurance issues) everything was restored, and left even better I think, like nothing happened. I appreciate their patience, commitment and teamwork throughout this long process. This demonstrates their great communication and attention to each home issue in order to restore everything as it was. After the water damage in my home, I was not sure what to do but Derrick helped me navigate and better understand the process. To set out a plan that gave me and my family some hope at the end. Shout out to the crews Eddie, Isa, Huriel, Sergio, Miguel and Matt from Redefined Restoration for the great work and extra help they gave, and going out of their way to help me out during this emergency flood. Redefined restoration being very busy this season still helped, although only two guys for most of the work which was Eddie and Isa, the accomplished the work of 4 people, and so did the others. Matt is a great guy, he assisted me by having my hoa association file a claim as well to help with my costs by alerting me that they're responsible for quite a bit of the costs, which I sort of knew but was unaware of just how much the hoa policy would pick up.
