She was informative, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her passion for helping families find the right community really shines through. We recently moved my grandmother into Desert Springs Senior Living, and the experience has been outstanding. Misti was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process, making a difficult transition so much easier for our family. Mike, the Executive Director, clearly puts residents first and is always looking out for their well-being, while still keeping things light with his great sense of humor. It's reassuring to know my grandmother is in such a caring and welcoming community. Highly recommend!

i recently toured Desert Springs Living while trying to help an 83-year-old client of mine who is no longer able to safely live on his own. This is not an easy process—emotionally or logistically—and I went in not knowing what to expect.Misti and Michael were absolutely incredible. They welcomed me with kindness, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel completely supported every step of the way. What really stood out was their compassion—you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve, not just as residents, but as individuals going through a major life transition.I left feeling reassured, informed, and truly grateful. If this is how they treat someone just coming in for information, I can only imagine the level of care they provide to their residents. Thank you both for making a difficult situation feel a little lighter.”

My brother Mark lived here for over 4 years. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everyone that works at this facility. They treated him as family. When things became difficult they stepped it up. The love and care that these nurses have at this facility are top notch. I never felt he was not being looked after. From the front desk manager to the facilitator , everybody had his best interest at heart. Every single one of you did your best and we as a family appreciate you very much.

It offers the perfect balance of independence and support.She has her own studio and is part of a welcoming, well-supported community. From the initial tour through move-in and beyond, Ms. Teagan has been extremely helpful, and every staff member we’ve encountered from maintenance and activities to medical has been kind, professional, and genuinely supportive.Since we live out of state, having direct contact information and responsive communication has been helpful. The team even went above and beyond by helping assemble my mom’s bed when it arrived after I had already left.Desert Spring Senior Living has been an exceptional choice for our family. As our mom settles in, we’re confident she’ll build friendships and find favorite activities. We’re grateful she has a place she can call home, with a support system that cares for her like family.
