Had a great experience with Rylee Ann Roofing and Steve. They completed a flat roof over my carport along with new gutters, and everything turned out excellent. Steve noticed the original wood from when the home was built had significant rot and replaced all of it in its entirety before completing the job. That level of care and honesty really stood out. Communication was also excellent—constant from the initial quote all the way through completion and even after the job was finished. The work was done efficiently, looks solid and clean, and everything was left neat afterward. Highly recommend Rylee Ann Roofing for quality and reliable work.

His team installed a brand-new roof with skylights and replaced the siding quickly and efficiently. When our front porch lights weren’t working at the end, Steve personally coordinated with an electrician to get the issue fixed. Excellent service from start to finish.

Steve and his helper from Rylee Ann Roofing replaced my current porch roof because it had prematurely failed due to improper installation by another roofer. Steve explained the reason that it failed and how they would correct the issue with the new roof installation. Rylee Ann Roofing did a great job with my roof. The roof is very steep as the building is 120 years old but this presented no problem for the Rylee Ann crew. They came very early at 7:00 am and they worked very hard to tear off the old roofing and install the new roofing. there were two main roofs two smaller roofs and 4 porch attached shed roofs. They got them all shingled and cleaned up the entire parking area by stayed till 9pm to do it. The temp that day was well into 95 degrees, so it must have been 110 on the roof but they got the job done. It rained that very night, a heavy downpour. I inspected the roof and no leaks. I was a happy customer!I chose Raylee Ann because the owner looked like he could handle the carpentry repair that the soffit needed. Steve proved to be a very good carpenter to rebuild the soffit! They wrapped the new soffit with aluminum and installed new gutters and downspouts.The price was reasonable, the work was very good they came when they said they would come, did a very good job and stuck to the price they quoted. I was very satisfied with their work and would hire them again!

The crew did not leave until my property was spotless and free of any nails. It's hard to find honest contractors. My husband passed away recently.
