After they finished and left, I noticed a couple of areas that needed further attention. They came back and addressed these two areas and the issues were gone. We didn't have any problems with plants being damaged by the chemicals they used. We did suffer an outside electrical outlet that apparently shorted out from the pressure washing that had to be replaced by our electrician. My electrician told me that this is a common issue with houses being pressured washed where outlets might not work afterwards. Overall, I am pleased with the job that WNC Wash Pro's did. Less

They had to reschedule 3 times and only sent a text with the new date/time. No explanation, no phone call, no verification, just a new date/time. After the service was done I paid the operator with a check, but received 2 "pay your bill" messages in the next 2 days along with an emailed invoice. To top it off I have received texts every day since the job was complete asking me to give them a review. Would I use them again? Yes, because the crew was great, but they really need to work on customer focus with their communications. Less
