Prestige Heating and Electrical have consistently been exceptional in the service they provide. We have used them for a number of different tasks, for both heating and electrical work. Most recently they fitted us in despite being fully booked for work and the engineer who attended went above and beyond to get out heating and hot work back on, dealing with Wales and West utilities for us when we were getting nowhere.All of Prestige's staff are polite, friendly and very helpful and we really appreciate that.

Having had no heating or hot water for 39 days in Winter, and trying different companies where no one bothered to return my calls, my experience with Prestige started well. Someone actually answered the phone and was friendly and polite. Alex came out to see me and it took a while to determine what the problem was with my heat pump system; it was down to not being installed properly and fully! I was kept informed of what was going on, by Leisa and Alex, at all times. My home was kept clean and tidy and Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful with the numerous questions I asked. I now have a fully functioning system that works for me. Thank you so much Alex, Leisa and Prestige.
