Most recently they fitted us in despite being fully booked for work and the engineer who attended went above and beyond to get out heating and hot work back on, dealing with Wales and West utilities for us when we were getting nowhere.All of Prestige's staff are polite, friendly and very helpful and we really appreciate that.

Having had no heating or hot water for 39 days in Winter, and trying different companies where no one bothered to return my calls, my experience with Prestige started well. Someone actually answered the phone and was friendly and polite. Alex came out to see me and it took a while to determine what the problem was with my heat pump system; it was down to not being installed properly and fully! I was kept informed of what was going on, by Leisa and Alex, at all times. My home was kept clean and tidy and Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful with the numerous questions I asked. When we moved into our house six weeks or so ago, we found the range cooker was in a pretty awful state – particularly the two ovens and a couple of the six rings – and far too much to clean without professional help. Prestige offered precisely the service we were looking for on a date that suited us and engineer Andrew(?) arrived on time after calling ahead to say he was on his way. Over the course of the next two hours or so, he carried out a clean to a very high standard so that the ovens gleam like new! Overall, our experience with Prestige was smooth and professional, and we’re pleased to recommend them.

Our oil-fired combi boiler wasn't firing up when the central heating thermostat signalled that it should. (It was mid-February, the thermostat set to 22°C, house was at 16°C!). Leisa at Prestige Services immediately understood the urgency of our situation, and juggled their schedule to get an engineer out. After a fixed-fee diagnostic visit, the work required was quoted in detail, so there were no surprise costs. Our boiler is very old and the right part was hard to get hold of. The engineer, Ethan, was efficient and friendly, and both he and Leisa were extra helpful throughout what became rather a complicated journey.

Andrew who did my carpet cleaning was absolutely great; friendly, put me at ease, (I remembered him as he has cleaned my oven in the past). Andrew was very thorough, explained exactly what he was going to do, each stage, including the measuring, the paperwork, how the payment would be taken. And finally: the result of Andrew's cleaning is superb, and I'm pleased that I have had the cleaning done professionally.I might also add that my communications with Leisa in the office, to arrange the work and pre-booking discussions were all very responsive, rapid, smooth and really helpful.
