Our oil-fired combi boiler wasn't firing up when the central heating thermostat signalled that it should. (It was mid-February, the thermostat set to 22°C, house was at 16°C!). Leisa at Prestige Services immediately understood the urgency of our situation, and juggled their schedule to get an engineer out. After a fixed-fee diagnostic visit, the work required was quoted in detail, so there were no surprise costs. Our boiler is very old and the right part was hard to get hold of. The engineer, Ethan, was efficient and friendly, and both he and Leisa were extra helpful throughout what became rather a complicated journey.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the replacement of the wireless Clicksmart switches with the hardwiring of my Hive receiver to the gas boiler. The download from my smart meter confirmed that removing the Clicksmart system had resolved the problem of the switches activating the boiler 24/7 even when there was no demand from the receiver.On the day Alex checked where we wanted the cable run and carried out the work to minimise the amount of cable seen. Overall a very tidy job. Thank you Prestige team.

Prestige were fantastic when dealing with our latest boiler issue. They came to our property the same day, stripped down the boiler and diagnosed the fault. They provided continuous updates throughout the process to obtain and fit approved parts to our 33 year old boiler! Not easy as most parts are obsolete. I highly recommend them. Especially as they always respond to a call for help and then go over and above to sort it out.
