The phone was answered by a real person, not a machine. They arrived punctually and made a beautiful job of carpet cleaning.

When we moved into our house six weeks or so ago, we found the range cooker was in a pretty awful state – particularly the two ovens and a couple of the six rings – and far too much to clean without professional help. Prestige offered precisely the service we were looking for on a date that suited us and engineer Andrew(?) arrived on time after calling ahead to say he was on his way. Over the course of the next two hours or so, he carried out a clean to a very high standard so that the ovens gleam like new! Overall, our experience with Prestige was smooth and professional, and we’re pleased to recommend them.

Andrew who did my carpet cleaning was absolutely great; friendly, put me at ease, (I remembered him as he has cleaned my oven in the past). Andrew was very thorough, explained exactly what he was going to do, each stage, including the measuring, the paperwork, how the payment would be taken. And finally: the result of Andrew's cleaning is superb, and I'm pleased that I have had the cleaning done professionally.I might also add that my communications with Leisa in the office, to arrange the work and pre-booking discussions were all very responsive, rapid, smooth and really helpful. Highly recommend.

From the outset, the speed and ease of booking were superb. You responded quickly with both the quote and confirmation of the booking, which made the whole process effortless.Andrew, the Technician was wonderful. What struck me immediately was his cheerful and friendly manner, even from his initial phone call prior to arrival. He arrived promptly, and after my husband showed him the carpets to be cleaned and the location of the oven, Andrew, explained the paperwork clearly and began work.Andrew takes great pride in his work and was respectful and professional throughout his time in our home. The results were truly outstanding - we are absolutely thrilled with the cleanliness of both the carpets and the oven.We will most definitely be using your company again in the future and would happily recommend your services to others.

We recently had our cooker and hood cleaned by Prestige Services in Swindon, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was fast, professional, and thorough — they made the whole process hassle-free. What really impressed me was that, despite the excellent quality of work, the service was also very affordable compared to other quotes we received. Our cooker and hood now look spotless, like new again. I’d happily recommend Prestige Services to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced cleaning service.

I was very pleased with your company’s service all round. It was easy to book the appointment at a time convenient to me, and everything was explained in advance. On the day, Alex contacted me to give me a time of arrival, and in fact arrived a little early. He was friendly and polite, and explained everything to me before I signed the forms. The cleaning job was excellent and removed all the grass stains from the carpet, which now looks lovely. The house was left clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend Prestige Services to anyone else.
