Great experience at New York Optical! One of the nose pads on my glasses suddenly fell off, and I happened to be nearby for lunch, so I stopped in to see if they could help.They immediately took care of it and quickly replaced both nose pads with a new set. The best part is that I didn’t even buy my glasses from them. I offered to pay, but they wouldn’t accept any money.Super friendly, helpful, and generous service. Really appreciate the kindness — highly recommended!

She answered all my questions and even assisted me with choosing a frame and a transitional lens color for my new glasses. I am very pleased with my visit to NY Optical.
