Very friendly staff, I came in with broken frames and they helped me come back home with new frames the same day. The optometrist was also super nice; overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place.

New York optical is a small locally owned business that goes above and beyond for new and returning patients. They were recommended to me by a long time patient who’s even brought her three children along with through the years she’s been with them. The owner is very kind and even offered a temporary pair if I chose to order the pair I wanted which would have taken longer than their typical week or so wait time for new prescription lenses. The doctor also personally called me to let me know of the back of eye imaging results and walked me through everything that was discovered. They’re fantastic all around!
