Found this place in a google seach and so glad I called. From the call to the inperson service was wonderful. Alana was so helpful and sweet. She made my daughters day. I went to 2 other places to find my daughter a pair of glasses she liked that was covered by her cdphp insurance. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend NY Optical. Sam was so friendly, helpful, and patient. He really took the time to understand what we needed for my son’s eyewear, and discuss options. Good customer service is so important and makes such a difference. 5 stars all the way!
