Instead, I received one of the most thorough and personalized healthcare experiences I've ever had. Dr. O'Connell took the time to explain my eyes, my vision, and my prescription in a way that no one ever has before. For the first time, I actually understand what my prescription means and how it affects my vision. What stood out even more was how she treated me as a person, not just a patient. I was feeling very anxious going into the appointment, but her sense of humor is absolutely off the charts.
