I thought I needed a new roof but after Daddario Roofing came by and inspected my roof they recommended Pacific Exterior clean my roof instead because there’s probably another 3-5 years of life left on the roof. Wow! Wow! Wow! I was blown away at not only the results but their clean up! I live in the SC Mountains where the elements will take its toll on any structure, hence a lot of maintenance needed. How often are you amazed at the results of work done by contractors, plumbers, etc.? Rarely - in my 23 years of homeownership in the SC Mountains. Well, they far exceeded my expectations. Pacific Exterior did an amazing job transforming the Carmel stone hardscaping and ledge-stone retaining walls throughout our property. This stone is prone to hard to clean, dangerously slippery, and resilient algae that grows back rather quickly after power washing. The before and after pictures don’t truly do the work justice. We are thrilled with the outcome!

Eric and his crew spent the day cleaning my asphalt shingle roof of its moss build-up. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and impressively professional. The job was done in a day. They did an excellent job of cleanup and were very conscientious. Everything about this company impressed me from its website information to Katherine who responded so quickly to my inquiry. Their pricing was very fair, considering the crew and the amount of work it took to get the job done. Jeremiah is going to come back and clean up deck, brick walkways and aggregate driveway—a small job for one guy. These guys know how to get the job done, when just power washing itself won’t do. Won’t hesitate to call them again. In a heart beat!
