I have a stone coated steel tile roof aka a "CalPac" or Decra roof. Pacific Exterior was specifically recommended by CalPac to do a specialized cleaning that would not harm the roofing material but do a thorough cleaning, remove lichen and delay its return.They did a great job, explained the steps he was taking, was careful about walking on my roof. He also gave insights into the condition of my roof, how often it might need cleaning. I am very pleased.

Our building and walkways took some punishment this winter with the rains and some area is standing water. Had Pacific Exterior do a roof cleaning in addition to the walk walkways. What a big difference! We are super happy. They were fast and efficient and were super easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for your commercial building and surrounding areas.
