I have yet to purchase/sell a home through David, however, he has been my main contact for all of my questions/needs in preparation in doing so. He is very easy to talk to and gets back with me in a timely manner. He takes the time to make sure I understand our next steps, etc. You can tell he knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. We will definitely be using David as our realtor when we are ready to make that move!

I am giving Dave Dempsey five stars, not just because he is a great person in general but because he has earned every one of those stars! My husband and I have bought and sold multiple properties through Dave over the last several years and will absolutely rely on him for future sales. If you are looking for someone who will be patient (not pushy), kind, extremely knowledgeable in the industry and will work HARD on your behalf then you won't be disappointed with Dave Dempsey. I will add that if you have hoops to jump through Dave will navigate them, I know this from first-hand experience. This is your sign- give Dave a try and make buying or selling your home a breeze!

Hands down the beat realtor! There is nothing he can't or won't do to help you sell or purchase your home. I was a first time buyer, Dave worked closely with the bank, seller, and myself to get me into my house. There was no obstacle that he didn't overcome. He literally couldn't have done more to make sure all parties were happy. Thank you Dave, we owe our home to you!!

Dave Dempsey was awesome! As soon as I reached out to him he was ready to start our hunt for a house. It was our first experience looking for and buying a house and he made it a breeze for us on his part. He was on top of showing us houses we wanted to see and was definitely there for our best interest. Setting up times to go look at houses was easy and he worked with our schedule. When we found our house we knew it was the one we wanted and Dave got us in to look at it the very next day. He is very knowledgeable and honest and we couldn't have had a better experience or realtor! Throughout the whole process and even at closing he was by our side. We would definitely go back to him or recommend him to anyone else.
