Being in a sales field I can tell you he is EXACTLY the type of rep you want to duplicate. First I wanted the product but wasn’t ready and wasn’t sure what the right service to add to my business would be best to meet my goals. He allowed me to be a part of the conversation instead of the BS hard sales everyone wants to train that literally every human consumer HATES. He paused his pitch when appropriate, listened, asked questions and focused on meeting my expectations instead of trying to “sell”. I am not typically a big fan of advertising/marketing agencies, and I only started a few weeks ago, but I’ve been really impressed by what I’ve seen so far! They are very fast, very responsive, and overall seem like a great company! I don’t like pushy/overly aggressive salespeople, and I don’t think anyone does.
