This is the second time we have utilized the services of Desert State Home Inspections and have been very pleased with the quality of work performed. The inspector was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and thorough. Most recently they performed our one year inspection and will have them back to confirm the builders in fact completed the work since it's in areas hard to access (attic).
