I just had my home inspected by Peter Leschniok . We moved into our newly constructed home a month ago. We’ve been happy with the builder , however getting another set of eyes, with expertise to check their work was critical. Peter found a number of issues for us to get corrected, by the builder. Everything is under warranty and some of the items , such as the air conditioner , not cooling, was clearly major. We wouldn’t have caught it until the weather got hot. He found numerous other items that aren’t just cosmetic. Peter went over his findings with me, after he finished his inspection. He took plenty of pictures with explanations . He then sent his finished report over a couple of hours later. I’ve had many home inspections in the past, as a buyer and seller. Many times , I felt like they were just a check the box exercise, by the inspector . However , Peter was thorough and professional . It was money well spent for peace of mind.
