Alisha was extremely prompt coming out to assist in notarizing my grandmother’s medical directive and POA. She was very thorough in ensuring the document was understood by my grandmother and went through each item with her. She was very compassionate and listened to my grandmother which made the process go very smooth. It really took the burden off of my grandmother as she was bed bound and it took the pressure off my family by ensuring we could provide comfortable end of life care.
