I’ve been going CCF for roughly two years now and I can honestly say I’ve never been a member of a gym community that is such a welcoming and encouraging environment for everyone. This place is special! Since joining, my strength and mobility has improved greatly. I love that I continue to see both my progress and new areas of growth every time I show up. I would recommend this gym to anyone, no matter what their experience level is with Crossfit.
